Pre-Season Kit Draw Terms

This prize draw (the “Promotion”) is organised and run by One Touch Football Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12799723), registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU (“OTF”, “the Promoter”). The prize is supplied in partnership with Adidas AG, a prize sponsor only.

This Promotion is open to parents and legal guardians only. Entries must be made by an adult on behalf of a child. To be eligible the entrant must, at the time of entry:

• Be aged 18 years or over;
• Be the parent or legal guardian of the child named in the entry;
• Be a legal resident of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland;
• Provide accurate details for the child, including first name, date of birth (confirming the child is under 18), and kit/boot size; and
• Give explicit consent to these Terms and to receive OTF Parent Newsletter communications.

The child must be under 18 and resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland. Employees of OTF or Adidas and their immediate families, and anyone using a VPN/proxy to misrepresent location, are not eligible. OTF may request proof of parental or guardianship status before releasing the prize.

The Promotion opens and closes on the dates published on the entry page (closing date: TBC), timed to coincide with the pre-season period. Entries received outside the period will not be counted.

• Complete the parent entry form: your first name and email, the child's first name and date of birth, and the child's boot and kit size (playing position optional).
• Tick the box confirming you are the child's parent or legal guardian and 18+.
• Tick the boxes confirming agreement to these Terms and to receive OTF Parent Newsletter communications.
• Submit your entry.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. One entry per family - an adult may not enter on behalf of multiple children.

The prize is one (1) complete Adidas pre-season football kit package for one child (indicative total RRP £200–£350), comprising: a pair of Adidas Predator boots (or equivalent), a training shirt and shorts, two pairs of socks, shin guards, a squad bag, and a water bottle (plus goalkeeper gloves where the child is a goalkeeper, at OTF and Adidas' discretion). Individual items may be substituted for equivalents of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and is for the personal use of the named child.

Children grow, and sizes given at entry are a guide only. On winner confirmation, OTF confirms all sizes with the parent/guardian before dispatch and a size change may be requested for boots, kit, and shin guards. Size changes must be confirmed within 14 calendar days of notification. Post-dispatch exchanges are not available. Swaps are limited to Adidas' current stock; no monetary value is provided in lieu.

One winner is selected at random from all valid parent entries, within 7 days of the close, supervised by a member of OTF management. The winning parent/guardian is notified by email within 5 working days and must respond within 14 calendar days confirming acceptance, a UK or Irish delivery address, and sizes. If there is no response within 14 days, OTF may redraw. The prize is dispatched by Adidas. The winner's first name and county may be disclosed on request in line with the ASA CAP Code.

The child's personal data (first name, date of birth, size) will:

• Only be used to administer this prize draw;
• Not be used for marketing purposes;
• Not be shared with any third party other than Adidas (for prize fulfilment) and OTF's data processors; and
• Be deleted within 3 months of the conclusion of the Promotion.

By entering, the parent/guardian confirms they have authority to provide the child's data. The parent entry list is held as a separate, segmented list from OTF's general marketing database. Data is processed per our Privacy Policy.

This is a free prize draw, not a lottery - no payment is required and the winner is selected at random. The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, and disqualify entries that breach these Terms. The Promotion is subject to the UK CAP Code and the Gambling Act 2005 as applicable. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
