One Touch Football Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12799723) with its registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. In these terms, “OTF”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to One Touch Football Ltd.

One Touch Football is a social platform for the grassroots game. It lets users create accounts, upload content, communicate with other users, record statistics, and access additional features through Player, Parent, Fan, Team, and League profiles.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and discrimination of any kind, anywhere on the platform.

We may update these terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will give you notice by email, SMS, or in-app notification. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You may create one account per person.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must report any unauthorised access to your account to us immediately.

If you accept these terms on behalf of a team or league, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to them.

You retain the intellectual property rights in the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant OTF a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use it in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

All intellectual property in the app and services belongs to OTF or its licensors. You receive a non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app or its services.
• Transmit content that is inappropriate, harassing, or discriminatory.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of OTF or any third party.
• Collect data from the platform without authorisation.
• Resell or commercially exploit the services.
• Use the platform to commit fraud or any unlawful act.

We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice where these terms are violated.

Basic accounts are free. Additional features may require payment. All payments are final and non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.

Our liability to you is capped at the fees you have paid to us. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or service interruptions, to the extent permitted by law.

We collect technical and location data to operate the service, location collection can be disabled in your device settings. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Please keep your account information current.

You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

One Touch Football Ltd may from time to time run prize draws, competitions, and promotions (“Promotions”) through the website or app. All Promotions are subject to these Terms, the specific terms published for each Promotion (which prevail in case of conflict), and applicable UK law including the Gambling Act 2005, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and the CAP Code administered by the ASA.

• Unless a Promotion's own terms state otherwise, entry is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland; we use IP geolocation to determine location.
• All prize draws are free to enter - no purchase is required. Where entry is via mailing-list subscription, marketing consent is the entry mechanism, but no payment is taken.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar to misrepresent your location breaches these Terms and disqualifies the entry.
• Where a Promotion involves entries by parents/guardians for a child, the child's data is processed with particular care under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and is not used for marketing.
• Partner brands act as prize sponsors only; OTF is the sole organiser and data controller unless stated otherwise.
• Winners are selected at random from valid entries and notified by email. The decision of OTF is final.
